"Nice ride with solid amenities"
I’ve been on a few buses before where the WiFi barely worked or the outlets were hit or miss, so I was pleasantly surprised on this trip. The WiFi and outlets both worked fine, and the seats were comfortable too.

"Easy booking, but felt overpriced"
Booking was straightforward, but the price felt a bit higher than I expected. The service was fine overall, just not exactly what I’d call a great deal. My main gripe is that there was basically no human contact at all, which made the whole thing feel kind of cold and impersonal.

"Simple checkout, no weird extra charges"
I only dealt with the booking/payment part, so I can’t speak to every detail of the trip yet, but paying on uscoachways.com was easy enough. The amount on the quote was the same as what I got charged, which was the main thing I was watching for.
I did have a quick question about the deposit and when the billing would happen, and someone got back to me quickly. The receipt showed up right after I paid too. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Decent ride, but I expected the seats to be more comfortable"
We used US Coachways for a group trip, and overall the ride was okay. I wasn’t expecting luxury or anything, but I did think the seats would be a little more comfortable for a longer ride. After a couple hours, they started feeling tight, and the leg room wasn’t great, especially for the taller people in our group. The bus was clean enough and the AC worked well, which definitely helped. It wasn’t a bad experience, but compared to what I hoped for on a longer trip, the seating could’ve been better.

"Pretty decent overall, but I expected changes to be smoother"
Overall it was decent, and I did appreciate that they let me make some route changes. I just expected the last-minute timing shifts to be a little easier to deal with, because that part got kind of tricky and added some stress

"Honestly, the bus was really clean"
I don’t know why some people act like buses are always going to be gross, because ours was actually really clean. The seats were in good shape, there wasn’t any weird smell, and the AC worked just fine. it was better than I expected and made the whole ride comfortable.

"Booking was actually painless"
I booked a bus through US Coachways and thought there’d be some catch or that the quote form would just lead to a pushy sales call. But it was surprisingly simple. The form was easy to follow, I got my quote quickly, and the person who called seemed more interested in explaining everything clearly than trying to talk me into extras. The whole thing didn’t take long, and so far I’m really happy with how the booking part went

"Really professional driver"
Our driver showed up right on time, which was a relief because I was already thinking, please let this go smoothly. He was polite from the start and drove safely the whole way, so I never felt stressed or worried. Everything was easy for our group, and there were no issues at all. Just a smooth, comfortable trip.

"Pretty clean ride overall"
Used US Coachways last weekend, and the bus was cleaner than I was expecting. The seats looked fresh, there were no weird smells, and the floors looked like they’d been picked up recently. There were about 30 of us on the trip, and it just made the whole ride feel a lot more comfortable. I’d definitely use them again.

"Refund went better than I thought"
I had to cancel our bus booking kind of last minute, so I was expecting the refund part to be annoying. But support replied fast and told me clearly about the fee and everything. The money came back when they said it would, which was good and also a relief. Not too much hassle, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

I still remember standing there feeling a bit anxious because the bus showed up about 20 minutes late. Once it finally arrived, though, the ride itself was smooth and everything was okay. Not perfect, but it worked out in the end

"They answered my questions, but I had to follow up"
I used uscoachways.com for a group trip, and before booking I had a few questions I wanted cleared up. To be fair, customer service did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated, but I still felt like I had to double-check a couple things more than once.
There was a small delay when I asked for a change, and that part was a little frustrating. It was not a huge issue, but waiting around for an update and then having to ask again got annoying. I just wish the follow-up had been a little smoother because the back-and-forth felt repetitive.
Overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was helpful and polite, and I was able to reach someone without too much trouble. It was not perfect, mostly because of the delay and the extra follow-ups, but they did eventually explain everything clearly.

"We’ve used US Coachways for a couple..."
We’ve used US Coachways for a couple of group trips now, and both times they were solid. The buses showed up when they were supposed to, the drivers seemed comfortable with the routes, and we weren’t stuck calling around trying to confirm every little detail.
Reading between the lines, that’s really what made the experience good: nothing turned into a problem. It wasn’t flashy or over the top, but everything worked the way it was supposed to, that’s exactly what I was hoping for.

"Dispatch support was okay, not amazing"
I used uscoachways.com for a group trip, i had kind of mixed feelings about the dispatch support. I was already a little stressed that day trying to keep everyone organized, so I was really hoping communication would be smoother.
To be fair, they did answer when I called, which I appreciated. But the updates came slower than I expected, and I had to follow up more than once before I felt like I had a clear answer about when the bus was actually arriving.
The driver was fine, and the trip itself worked out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just think dispatch could have been more proactive. For me, it was okay, but average

There was a mix-up with our booking at first, which was a bit stressful, but support got back to me quickly and got it all sorted. After that, everything went smoothly and the trip ended up being a really easy, smooth experience overall.

I used US Coachways for a group trip, and overall it was alright. The bus was clean enough, and we got to where we needed to be on time, so I can’t really complain about that part.
The driver was okay for the most part, but there were a few moments with hard braking and quick lane changes that felt rushed and kind of avoidable. I didn’t feel like we were in danger the whole ride, but I also wasn’t totally relaxed. I’d give it 3 stars.

"I could barely make sense of the communication"
I had a really hard time understanding what was going on. Their messages were confusing, and it felt like nobody could just explain things in a simple, clear way. I kept asking the same questions because I wasn’t sure if I was missing something, but then I’d get different answers from different people, which just made it even more frustrating.

In Texas: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOUR DAY WILL BE RUINED. Three-hour round-trip charter for 27 people. The driver was 25 minutes late for pickup. We were waiting outside in the Texas summer sun. We would have found a cool space if he had admitted that he would be 25 minutes late, but he kept telling us he'd be there in 5 minutes. He did not apologize at all for being late. The bus was old and although the air conditioning was blowing cool air, it was completely insufficient to actually cool any section of the bus. So we cooked in the bus for another three hours and arrived late to our event. I've called customer service multiple times and they've been incredibly rude. While on the bus I was speaking to someone who wanted to put me on hold and call the driver, but I begged them not to as he was driving on an interstate. They called the driver anyway and when he hung up he started screaming at me that I'm disrespectful and a liar. I've contacted customer service, spoken to a manager, and will update this review if there is pertinent information.
Additionally, I have booked events and hired charters for 30 years and this was one of the worst experiences I've had.
